We offer a bond cleaning guarantee on all our work for 4 working days from the day of the exit clean. This guarantee covers all items on our checklist, which is included on the tax receipt we give you at the completion of the cleaning. If you are ending your lease, our guarantee is given so that your agent has time to inspect the clean. If your agent is not completely satisfied, on written notice we will return within 48 hours to rectify any cleaning issue.
You can book a clean by calling Mike on 0410-599-336, sending us an email or replying to our online quote request response. For a full exit clean, we usually begin at 8 or 9 o’clock in the morning and will have the job completed before the end of the day. Earlier or later starting times can be arranged on request. We work Monday to Saturday, and service all of the Sydney in suburbs.
We ask that the house be empty when our cleaners arrive (unless you have been quoted for a furnished premises). Our cleaners will call about an hour before the clean is completed, and provide you a written guarantee and receipt.

Exit Clean ensures price transparency by clearly stating no any extra charges on our check-list, so that you won’t be hit by any unpleasant price hike. Prices quoted are solely based on standard house size. The quoted price only includes what it’s been mentioned and our full check-list. However, if customer fails to mention the size of house and the degree of cleaning, Exit Clean can charge an additional charge. Thus, we encourage our customer to be transparent about the House Size if it’s bigger than the usual standard size and the level of dirty-ness if it has crossed the certain level of filthy-ness.
